I know how important it is to feel like you can live life with ease. Being active has always been a big part of my life - from my days competing nationally as a kid in swimming and hockey, to today, where I keep fit so I can chase around after my own two young children.

However, I also know what it’s like to be the one on the treatment table. Many years ago, after a car accident, I spent a lot of time with sports medicine doctors, physios and massage therapists. Looking back, I can see this experience has played a part in shaping my own approach to health care. I know the importance of holistic guidance, and of ensuring my patients feel heard, that their concerns are valid, and that their goals are important.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re an elite athlete or simply want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I understand the perseverance it takes to stay focused on your goals, and the heartbreak that can come when setbacks occur. I genuinely get excited about being a part of helping you get back on track to achieving those goals - no matter how big or small.

I also feel lucky to live in a place where getting active in the outdoors or connecting with our community is an intrinsic part of our lifestyle. It’s a big part of what brought me back to the Wairarapa after nearly 20 years working offshore. Family values, a tight-knit community vibe and the opportunity to enjoy a more relaxed pace of living are part of what makes this place so special.

I’m here to support you, and your family, so that you can get back to enjoying all the things that matter most to you, too.
